Network equipment troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and upgrade. This will include maintaining and expanding the existing 10Base-T , 100Base-T and Fiber Optic network cabling. Maintaining the existing 100Base-T maintaining existing network equipment: which includes Cisco switchs, PIX firewall, and Expanding the existing network equipment as needed. Making recommendations for new equipment needed.
 
Software:
 
Technical support and maintenance, including upgrade installation as well as problem resolution whenever new equipment or applications are added to the system for Novell Netware version 5.1 future versions of Netware, Microsoft SQL Windows Server, Windows NT Workstation and Windows XP Professional and future versions of the above operating systems. Windows NT and Windows 2003 file servers.

Manage user access to the network: manage print services usage, including printer routing for a mixture for Windows and MS DOS applications.
